SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the purchase date. Orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority depending on package size and weight. Some orders may ship UPS Ground depending on size and weight.

All orders at or exceeding $100 will receive free shipping.

Some orders may be shipped in more than one package. Keep this in mind if you receive a package and are missing items (mugs and prints are difficult to mail out together).

At this time I can only ship within the United States. I am hoping to have more international shipping options available in the near future. For international shipping inquiries, please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to work something out with you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I do my best to package all orders safely and professionally, but accidents do happen. If you receive your order in the mail and it is damaged, please contact me with photos of the damages to the item and packaging, and I will do my best to replace the item.

Most orders will receive tracking information once mailed out. If your package says delivered but you have not received it, please give it another day to arrive. Sometimes postal workers will mark something as delivered, but will not actually drop it off until the next day. If it is still missing, please check a neighbors house to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. You can also bring the tracking information to your local post office or UPS store location to inquire about any missing packages and/or open a case (I am also happy to check things on my end to see if I can pull up any info). If all else fails and your order is still MIA, please reach out to me and we will work out the best solution.

If you have purchased an item and change your mind, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can arrange a refund before shipping anything out. It usually takes 3-5 business days to mail out a package, but I sometimes send an order out as soon as the next day (so the sooner you reach out the better). If you receive your item undamaged but decide you would like to return it, you may do so. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, and I will refund you your original purchase total once I receive the item(s) in the mail.
